Loyda Ortiz and Dena Silva join the ACPA Family

These appointments underscore the ACPA's commitment to driving financial stability and educational excellence within the industry.
Loyda Ortiz joins ACPA at the Irving, TX headquarters, bringing with her a wealth of experience in financial management within the concrete pipe industry. Previously part of Rinker Materials in Florida, and prior to joining full-time, Loyda spent a few months working closely with ACPA, where she made significant improvements to the financial control systems. Her familiarity with the industry and her positive attitude and leadership skills make her perfectly suited to oversee the association's financial operations.
Dena Silva steps into the role of Director of Education with a robust background in educational programming and training. Dena’s expertise in aligning educational initiatives with strategic organizational goals will be invaluable in advancing the ACPA’s mission. Her comprehensive experience with learning management systems, in-person training, and event coordination will greatly enhance the association’s current and future educational offerings.
Both Loyda and Dena will assume their responsibilities effective immediately, each bringing new perspectives and insights that will contribute significantly to the ACPA’s goals.
