ACPA Welcomes All Members to a Newly Elevated Mid-Year Meeting
Irving, Texas – August 2025 – The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) is proud to announce its 2025 Mid-Year Meeting, taking place October 14–16, 2025, at the Hilton Arlington in Arlington, Texas. This year’s event has been elevated to deliver a more dynamic and unified experience for the entire association, combining essential meetings, networking, and training into one impactful gathering.
This three-day event brings together members from across the country for committee meetings, a welcome reception, structured networking, a board meeting, and specialized training opportunities—all under one roof. Whether you actively serve on a committee or are new to ACPA events, the Mid-Year Meeting offers a valuable opportunity to engage with peers and shape the future of the industry.
“We’ve reimagined this year’s Mid-Year Meeting to be more inclusive and impactful for all our members,” said Steve Hawkins, AIA, ACPA President. “Whether you’re on a committee or just curious about the work being done, we want you in the room. This event is about uniting our industry, sharing perspectives, and moving forward together.”
Committee meetings are open to all ACPA members, giving attendees a front-row seat to the discussions and decisions that influence industry standards, research, safety, marketing, education, and more. It’s the perfect venue for those looking to listen, contribute, and discover new ways to get involved.
Following Committee Days, the ACPA Board of Directors will convene its official 2025 Mid-Year Meeting, welcoming Board Members, Committee Chairs, and invited guests to review progress and align on key strategic priorities.
In addition, ACPA will host a P.I.P.E. Program Train-the-Trainer session on October 16, designed for members interested in becoming Verified Trainers or those seeking a program refresher. The P.I.P.E Program provides hands-on instruction and best practices for concrete pipe installation, helping contractors and inspectors enhance performance in the field.
