ACPA Welcomes New Team Members Supporting Growth and Member Engagement

Samantha Narro, Veronica Bailon, and Bailey Burke join the ACPA Family

Irving, TX – August 2025 – As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening the services and support we provide, the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) is pleased to announce several recent staffing updates. These talented individuals have joined us in key roles and will help further ACPA’s mission through their experience, dedication, and expertise.

Samantha Narro joined the team earlier this year as Administrative Assistant, bringing more than six years of experience in accounting and administrative work. In her role, Samantha supports the Controller with ACPA’s financial operations, including tracking transactions, maintaining records, and conducting accuracy checks. She is currently continuing her education through community college and is dedicated to growing professionally at ACPA.

Veronica Bailon steps into the role of Director of Events, bringing with her 13 years of trade association experience. Veronica will lead the planning, logistics, and execution of ACPA’s conferences and professional events. Her impressive background includes organizing destination conferences in Brazil, London, and across the U.S., as well as managing a range of event production and administrative responsibilities. She brings a collaborative spirit and a strong foundation in strategic planning to the ACPA team.

Bailey Burke joins as Marketing Coordinator, based in Dallas. With over three years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and brand strategy, Bailey will support ACPA’s communications through content creation, campaign execution, and both digital and print marketing. Her combined agency and in-house background adds a fresh perspective to ACPA’s expanding marketing efforts.

“We are thrilled to welcome Samantha, Veronica, and Bailey to the ACPA team,” said Steve Hawkins, AIA, ACPA President. “Each of them brings unique strengths that will help us better serve our members, elevate our programs, and support the long-term growth of our association.”

The ACPA looks forward to the experience, innovation, and growth that Samantha, Veronica, and Bailey will bring to their new roles. Their expertise will help the association remain a leader in the concrete pipe industry, continuing to serve the members and stakeholders with the integrity and expertise they anticipate.
